Reports Overview

Readybuild provides comprehensive reporting capabilities to help you analyze sales performance, monitor production progress, and track financial health across your organization.

Accessing Reports

  1. Click Reports in the main navigation sidebar
  2. Select the report category (Activities, Design, General, Marketing, Production, or Sales)
  3. Choose the specific report you need
  4. Apply filters and date ranges as needed
  5. View results or export data

Common Features

Date Range Selection

Most reports support flexible date filtering:

  • This week/month/quarter/year - Quick preset selections
  • Last week/month/quarter/year - Historical period comparisons
  • Custom date range - Specific start and end dates

Filtering Options

Reports typically allow filtering by:

  • Date range - Focus on specific time periods
  • Team member - Filter by salesperson, project manager, or other assigned users
  • Project type - Segment by opportunity type or division
  • Stage - Filter by sales, design, or production stage
  • Custom criteria - Additional filters specific to each report

Exporting Data

Export reports for further analysis or sharing:

  • CSV - Spreadsheet-compatible format for data analysis

Most reports include an Export CSV button in the top-right corner.

Sorting

Click on column headers to sort report data:

  • Click once for ascending order
  • Click again for descending order
  • Multi-column sorting available on some reports

Report Permissions

Access to reports may be controlled by user permissions:

  • View Project Costs - Required for financial reports like WIP Report
  • Marketing Permission - Required for marketing-related reports
  • View All Commission - Required for commission reports

Contact your administrator if you need access to specific reports.

Regular Review Schedule

  • Daily: Activity summaries, overdue items
  • Weekly: Sales pipeline, production status
  • Monthly: Financial reports, marketing effectiveness
  • Quarterly: Trend analysis, goal tracking
