The scorecard tracks each salesperson through the full sales funnel:

Reading the Scorecard

Funnel Progression

The scorecard shows how leads progress through your sales process:

Leads → Appointments Set → Appointments Held → Proposals → Contracts

Conversion rates between each stage help identify where leads drop off.

Performance Indicators

Strong Performance:

  • High appointment-to-proposal ratio
  • Above-average closing percentage
  • Consistent activity levels

Areas for Coaching:

  • Low appointment set rate from leads
  • High proposals but low closing rate
  • Below-average job size

Closing Percentage

Closing % = (Contracts Won ÷ Proposals Sent) × 100

Average Job Size

Average Job Size = Total Sold Amount ÷ Number of Contracts
