My Work
My Work is a personalized dashboard that gives Project Managers and Lead Remodelers a consolidated view of their assigned projects, daily tasks, and action items. Access everything you need for your active and upcoming jobs in one place.
What Is My Work?
My Work displays all projects assigned to you, organized by status. Each project appears as a card showing key information including:
- Project details and contact information
- Production stage and completion percentage
- Today's scheduled tasks
- Forms requiring completion
- Recent notes and changes
- Quick links to punch lists, work scopes, and selections
Who Can Access My Work?
My Work is available to users assigned as:
| Role | What You See |
|---|---|
| Project Manager | Projects where you are the assigned Project Manager |
| Lead Remodeler | Projects where you are the assigned Lead Remodeler |
Other roles do not have access to the My Work feature.
Accessing My Work
Navigate to My Work from the main menu. The page displays your projects organized into tabs.
Understanding the Tabs
My Work organizes projects into three views:
| Tab | Shows | Description |
|---|---|---|
| All | All your projects | Every project assigned to you regardless of start date |
| Active | Started projects | Projects with a start date in the past |
| Upcoming | Future projects | Projects with a future start date or no start date set |
Each tab shows a count badge indicating how many projects are in that category.
Reading Work Cards
Each project appears as a card with three main sections:
Card Header
The header always displays:
- Contact Name - Click to view contact details
- Project ID - Click to open the full project page
- Project Title - The project name
- Production Stage - Color-coded badge showing current stage
- Completion Percentage - Visual gauge or progress bar showing percent complete
Card Body
The expandable body contains detailed project information:
Contact & Location
- Project address (click to open in Maps)
- Phone number (click to call)
- Email address (click to send email)
Key Information
- Contracted Finish - Target completion date
- LSWP - Lead safe work practices status (Yes/No)
- Open POs - Count of open purchase orders (click to view)
- Open Permits - Count of open permits (click to view)
Scheduled Work
- Today's Schedule - Tasks scheduled for today with links to the Gantt view
- Upcoming Schedule - Future scheduled items
- Forms to Complete - Forms on this project that haven't been completed yet
Forms to Complete
This section lists only forms that are still outstanding - once a form is marked complete it drops off the card.
Projects often have a long list of forms attached, so the card shows the five oldest outstanding forms rather than all of them. When there are more, a View all link appears next to the heading with the full count (for example, View all 17). Click it to open the project's Forms tab and work through the rest.
Click any form name to open and submit it.
Notes & Changes
- Recent Notes - Latest 3 project notes with options to add new or view all
- Recent Changes - Audit log of recent project modifications
Quick Links
- Labor & Material Report
- Hours Used Report

Working with Cards
Expanding and Collapsing
On phones and tablets, use Show Details to expand a card or Hide Details to collapse it. Collapsing cards is a quick way to scan several projects at once.
On desktop, cards display expanded with full details visible.
Keeping track of which project you're viewing
On phones and tablets, the card header - contact name, project number, title, and production stage - stays pinned to the top of the screen while you scroll through the rest of the card, so you always know which project you're looking at.
Quick Actions
From any work card, you can:
- Call the client - Click the phone number
- Email the client - Click the email address
- Get directions - Click the address to open Maps
- View scheduled tasks - Click any schedule item to open it in the Gantt chart
- Complete forms - Click a form name to open and submit it
- Add notes - Click "Add New" in the Recent Notes section
- Create a daily log - Click the green daily log button
Daily Logs
The Daily Log button at the bottom of each card allows you to:
- Create a new daily log entry if none exists for today
- View the existing daily log if you've already created one today
Daily logs capture your work activities, team assignments, weather conditions, and notes for each day on a project.
Filtering Projects
Use the tabs at the top to filter between:
- All - See everything at once
- Active - Focus on projects currently in progress
- Upcoming - Plan for projects starting soon
Projects are automatically sorted by production stage sequence.
Phone, tablet, and desktop
Cards adapt to the width of your screen. On a tablet each project gets one full-width card, which keeps the whole card close to a single screen instead of forcing a long scroll.
| Feature | Phone | Tablet (iPad) | Desktop |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cards per row | One | One | Two |
| Contact and key information | Stacked | Two to three per row | Two per row |
| Schedule, forms, notes, changes | Stacked | Side by side in landscape | Side by side |
| Card header while scrolling | Pinned | Pinned | Scrolls with page |
| Progress display | Horizontal bar | Circular gauge | Circular gauge |
| Action buttons | Wrap to fit | Wrap to fit | Single row |
Landscape gives each card more width than portrait, so more information fits on a row and the card is shorter overall. Rotating an iPad to landscape is the quickest way to see more of a card at once.
