Days Since Project
Time elapsed since their project completed:
- 0-365: Recent client
- 366-730: 1-2 years ago
- 731+: Long-term past client
Days Since Contact
Time since any logged activity:
- 0-90: Recently contacted
- 91-180: May need follow-up
- 181+: Needs outreach
Relationship Risk
