Days Since Project

Time elapsed since their project completed:

  • 0-365: Recent client
  • 366-730: 1-2 years ago
  • 731+: Long-term past client

Days Since Contact

Time since any logged activity:

  • 0-90: Recently contacted
  • 91-180: May need follow-up
  • 181+: Needs outreach

Relationship Risk
