Projects flow through stages like:
- Pre-Production / Permit
- In Production
- Punch List
- Final Completion

Key Metrics
Project Count by Stage
Summary shows distribution:
- How many projects at each stage
- Total contract value per stage
- Bottleneck identification
Days to Completion
Based on target date:
- Negative: Past target date
- Zero: Due today
- Positive: Days remaining

- Past target completion date

Tips
- Sort by target completion to see what's due soon
- Filter by stage to focus on specific process steps
- Compare % Complete to time elapsed for pacing
- Review weekly minimum, daily if issues present
