Activity Summary Report
The Activity Summary report provides a comprehensive view of all logged activities across your organization, allowing you to track team engagement, follow-ups, and client interactions.
Accessing the Report
Reports > Activities > Activity Summary
Report Overview
This report displays all activities within the selected date range, showing:
- Activity details and descriptions
- Associated projects and contacts
- Assigned users and teams
- Activity status (completed, open, cancelled)
Available Filters
| Filter | Description |

| Date From / To | Filter activities by date range |
| Quick Date | Preset date ranges (This Week, This Month, etc.) |
| Assigned To | Filter by the user assigned to the activity |
| Activity Team | Filter by activity team members |
| Consultant | Filter by sales consultant |
| Department | Filter by department |
| Show | Activity status filter |
Activity Status Options
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Completed Activities | Only show activities marked as complete |
| Open Activities | Only show pending/scheduled activities |
| Cancelled Activities | Only show cancelled activities |
| All | Show all activities regardless of status |
Report Columns
The report displays the following information:
| Column | Description |

| Activity Date | When the activity is scheduled or was completed |
| Type | Activity type (call, meeting, email, etc.) |
| Subject | Activity title/subject line |
| Contact | Associated contact name |
| Project | Linked project (if any) |
| Assigned To | User responsible for the activity |
| Status | Current activity status |
Interacting with Activities
Click on any activity row to open the activity editor where you can:
- View full activity details
- Update activity status
- Add notes or results
- Reschedule if needed
Common Use Cases
1. Daily Activity Review
- Set date range to today
- Filter to Open Activities
- Review scheduled tasks for the day
2. Overdue Activity Tracking
Use the Overdue Activities menu shortcut that pre-filters to show only activities past their due date that remain open.
3. Team Performance Analysis
- Select a date range (e.g., last month)
- Filter by Completed Activities
- Filter by specific team member
- Review volume and types of completed work
4. Department Workload Review
- Filter by department
- Show All activities
- Analyze distribution and completion rates
5. Consultant Follow-up Tracking
- Filter by specific consultant
- Show Open Activities
- Ensure timely client follow-ups
Export Options
Click Export CSV to download the report data for:
- Offline analysis in spreadsheets
- Integration with other reporting tools
- Team meeting preparation
- Performance documentation
Tips
- Use the Quick Date dropdown for common date ranges
- Default date range shows today's activities
- Combine filters to narrow results (e.g., Department + Assigned To)
- Click column headers to sort by that field
- Activities can be edited directly from this report
