Track all customer interactions and activities throughout the project lifecycle.
What are Activities?
Activities are records of interactions with customers and internal tasks:
- Appointments - In-person or virtual meetings with clients
- Phone Calls - Inbound, outbound, and scheduled calls
- Emails - Correspondence sent or received
- Tasks - To-do items and follow-ups
- Automated Emails - System-triggered email communications

Quick Start
Log an Activity
- Open a project or contact
- Click Log Activity
- Select the category (Appointment, Call, Task, etc.)
- Add details and save
Schedule an Appointment
- Create a new activity
- Set the date and time
- Enable "Add to Calendar"
- The appointment syncs to your external calendar
