Activity Results

Activity results track the current status or outcome of an activity.

Result Types​

How Results Work​

  • New activities are automatically assigned the "Ongoing" result
  • Completing an activity sets the result to "Completed" and records the completion date
  • Cancelling an activity sets the result to "Cancelled" and removes it from calendar sync

Result Date​

  • When an activity is Ongoing: No result date is set
  • When an activity is Completed or Cancelled: The current timestamp is recorded as the result date

Quick Completion​

To quickly mark an activity as complete:

  1. Find the activity in the list or calendar
  2. Click the checkbox next to it
  3. The activity is marked as "Completed" with today's date

:::note Cancelled Activities When an activity is cancelled, it's automatically removed from any synced external calendars (Google Calendar, Outlook). This ensures your external calendar stays accurate. :::
