Design Stages

Configure the stages for your design workflow.

Overview​

Design Stages define the steps in your design process, from initial design through to design completion. These stages appear as columns on your Design Board.

Accessing This Setting​

  1. Go to Settings > Project Boards > Design Stages

Configuration Options​

Creating Stages​

  • Stage Name - Display name for the stage
  • Order - Position in the pipeline (left to right)
  • Color - Visual identifier on the board
  • Description - Internal notes about the stage
  • Active Status - Enable or disable stages

Common Design Stages​

  1. Design Pending
  2. Initial Design
  3. Design Review
  4. Revisions
  5. Client Approval
  6. Final Design
  7. Design Complete

Stage Types​

  • Active Stages - Work in progress
  • Completion Stage - Design is finished
  • Hold Stage - Paused projects

Using Design Stages​

Stages are used for:

  • Organizing the Design Board
  • Tracking design progress
  • Managing designer workload
  • Design timeline reporting
