Using Production Stages

Stages are used for:

  • Tracking construction progress through your pipeline
  • Filtering projects by production status
  • Managing crew assignments
  • Production reporting
  • Client portal updates
  • Displaying projects on boards configured to show production stages

Drop-Off for Completed Projects

When projects reach a "Completed" production stage, they can be configured to drop off the board after a period of time. This is configured per board column (not per stage), allowing different production boards to have different drop-off settings.

See Board Configuration for configuration options.
