Scheduling Settings
Configure activity and scheduling settings for your organization.
Overview
The Settings > Scheduling group controls how activities, appointments, and scheduling work in Readybuild. It contains Activity Categories, Activity Status, Activity Templates, Activity Types, Activity Meeting Types, Checklist Templates, Schedule Templates, Schedule Item Presets, Holidays, Equipment, and Public Scheduling Groups. These settings help you customize activity tracking to match your business processes.

Activity Configuration
- Activity Categories - Group activities by type
- Activity Status - Track activity completion states
- Activity Types - Define types of activities
- Meeting Types - Configure meeting categories (Activity Meeting Types in the menu)
Communication
