Project Forms

The Forms tab provides access to custom forms associated with a project.

Overview

Project forms allow you to:

  • Complete standardized checklists
  • Capture project-specific data
  • Track form completion status
  • Store form responses with the project

Accessing Forms

From a project:

  1. Click Forms in the navigation bar
  2. View available forms

The Forms tab is only available for full projects (not change orders).

Form Types

Common form types include:

  • Checklists - Step-by-step task verification
  • Inspection Forms - Quality control documentation
  • Sign-off Forms - Approval documentation
  • Data Collection - Project-specific information gathering

Completing Forms

  1. Click on a form to open it
  2. Fill in required fields
  3. Upload any required photos or documents
  4. Submit the form

Required Fields

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required and must be completed before submission.

Photo Attachments

Some forms require photo documentation:

  1. Click the photo upload field
  2. Take a photo or select from gallery
  3. Photo is attached to the form response

Form Status

Track form completion:

StatusDescription
Not StartedForm has not been opened
In ProgressForm partially completed
CompleteAll required fields submitted

Viewing Completed Forms

  1. Navigate to the Forms tab
  2. Click on a completed form
  3. View responses and attachments
  4. Download or print if needed

Form History

Each form tracks:

  • Who completed it
  • When it was completed
  • All responses and changes
  • Attached files and photos

Administrator Configuration

Forms are configured by administrators in: AdminProjectsForm Builder
