Form Builder

Create custom forms for projects and data collection.

Overview​

The Form Builder allows you to create custom forms that can be used throughout Readybuild. Forms can collect information from team members, clients, or be used for internal checklists.

Accessing This Setting​

  1. Go to Settings > Projects > Form Builder

Configuration Options​

Creating Forms​

  • Form Name - Name of the form
  • Description - Form purpose
  • Category - Group forms by type
  • Access - Who can view/complete the form
  • Active Status - Enable or disable forms

Field Types​

  • Text (single line, multi-line)
  • Number
  • Date/Time
  • Dropdown/Select
  • Checkbox/Radio buttons
  • File upload
  • Signature
  • Calculated fields

Form Settings​

  • Required fields
  • Conditional logic (show/hide fields)
  • Validation rules
  • Default values

  • Pre-Construction Checklist
  • Site Inspection Form
  • Change Order Request
  • Punch List
  • Final Walkthrough Checklist
  • Customer Satisfaction Survey

Using Forms​

Forms can be:

  • Attached to projects
  • Sent to clients via the portal
  • Completed on mobile devices
  • Included in documents
