Dashboard Overview
The Dashboard is your customizable home screen in Readybuild, providing real-time visibility into your business metrics, sales pipeline, production status, and team activities.
What Is the Dashboard?
The dashboard is a widget-based interface that displays key business information at a glance. You can:
- Monitor sales performance - Track pipeline, revenue, and close rates
- View production status - See active jobs and backlog
- Manage tasks - Stay on top of your activities and appointments
- Track team performance - Monitor individual and team metrics
Dashboard Layout
The dashboard consists of two main areas:

Getting Started
Default Dashboard
When you first access Readybuild, you'll see a default dashboard layout. This layout includes commonly used widgets appropriate for your role.
Adding Widgets
- Click the Manage Widgets button (green floating button in the bottom-right corner)
- Browse available widgets in the dialog
- Click a widget to add it to your dashboard
- The widget appears in your grid
Removing Widgets
- Hover over the widget you want to remove
- Click the menu icon (three dots) in the widget header
- Select Remove from the menu
Rearranging Widgets
- Drag: Click and hold the drag handle (three horizontal lines icon) to move a widget
- Resize: Drag the corner or edge of a widget to resize it
Filtering Widget Data
Most widgets support filters to customize the data they display:
- Period - Time range (This Week, This Month, This Quarter, etc.)
- Team Member - Filter by specific user
- Division - Filter by opportunity type/division

Tasks Sidebar
The right side of the dashboard displays your weekly task calendar. This sidebar:
- Shows activities for the current week
- Displays team member avatars for each activity
- Allows quick navigation between weeks
- Supports adding new activities directly
Quick Reference

| Filter widget | Use Period/User/Division dropdowns in widget header |
| Navigate tasks | Use arrows in Tasks sidebar header |
Dashboard Settings Persistence
Your dashboard customizations are automatically saved:
- Widget layout and positions
- Widget filter selections
- Sidebar preferences
Changes sync to your account, so your dashboard looks the same across devices.
