Dashboard Widgets

Readybuild provides 16 widget types to customize your dashboard. Each widget can be added multiple times with different filter configurations.

How widgets show a project

Every widget that lists projects leads with the client's last name and the job number in bold, for example Smith · 251409, with the project title in smaller grey text underneath. Click the bold line to open the project. If a project has no client or no job number, the widget shows the parts it has.

  • One bar per opportunity type, showing the number of projects

A project counts as backlog as long as its first appointment is open. It drops off the widget once that appointment is marked complete or cancelled. The project's stage does not matter.

Drill-down: Click a bar to open the First Appointment Backlog Details dialog. It lists each project with its PID, name, division, first appointment date, sales person, and Zestimate. Use the Team Member filter to narrow the list, and Export to download it as a CSV. The dialog always contains the same projects the bar counted.
