How Customers Access the Portal

First Time Access

  1. You send a portal invitation email
  2. Customer clicks the magic link
  3. They access their project immediately
  4. Link creates a secure session

Returning Visits

  1. Customer receives a new magic link (via email)
  2. Or uses a previously saved link
  3. Sessions remain active for 30 days
  4. Automatic renewal on activity

Getting Started

For Staff

  1. Configure Features - Enable desired portal sections

  2. Set Up Content - Create help articles if using Help sections

  3. Invite Customers - Send portal invitations from project contacts

For Your Customers

Once invited, customers can:

  1. Click magic link in invitation email
  2. View their project dashboard
  3. Navigate to available sections
  4. Complete tasks (selections, signatures, payments)
