Leads & Sales by Project Type Report
This report is filtered based on your division settings:
- Function: Operational
- Work Type: Full Project
The Leads & Sales by Project Type report shows which kinds of work your leads ask for and which kinds you win. For leads created in a date range, it lists each project type with its lead count, how many were won, and what the won leads sold.

Which Leads Are Counted
A lead is a project created in the date range, in any stage, that has at least one project type. Deleted projects, projects on deleted contacts, and projects marked as non-sale are left out.
A project can have several project types. It is counted as a lead under each of them.
Report Columns
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Project Type | The project type |
| Total Leads | Leads with this project type |
| Total Won | Of those, the leads now in a Won stage |
| Sold By Percent | The won leads' sold amount, split across each project's types by the percent allocated to each type. A project split 60/40 between two types adds 60% of its sold amount here and 40% to the other type |
| Total Sold | The won leads' full sold amount. A project with two types adds its whole sold amount to both |
Sold amounts count won leads only. Sold By Percent adds up across project types to your real sales; Total Sold can add up to more when projects have several types.
Click any column heading to sort by it. The report opens with the project types that have the most leads first.
Available Filters
