Lead Sales Report
This report is filtered based on your division settings:
- Function: Operational
- Work Type: Full Project, Service
The Lead Sales report shows what the leads from each source or campaign went on to sell. For leads created in a date range that are now won, it totals the sold amount per source or campaign, each one's share of those sales, and the average margin. Use it to see which sources and campaigns bring in the leads that turn into revenue.

Which Projects Are Counted
A project is counted when it was created in the date range and is now in a Won stage. The date range is the lead's created date, not its close date: the report answers "what did the leads that came in this period sell?"
Deleted projects, projects on deleted contacts, and projects marked as non-sale are left out. Only sources and campaigns with won projects in the range are listed.
Report Types
The Type filter picks what each project is counted against:
| Type | Each project is counted under |
|---|---|
| Source | Its source |
| Secondary Source | Its secondary source |
| Primary + Secondary Source | Its source and its secondary source |
| Campaign | Its campaign |
| Secondary Campaign | Its secondary campaign |
| Primary + Secondary Campaign | Its campaign and its secondary campaign |
The type names follow your company's labels for these fields. They are the same types as on the Lead Count report.
In the Primary + Secondary types, a project whose source and secondary source differ appears in both rows. When both fields hold the same source, it appears in that row once.
Report Columns
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | The source or campaign (the heading follows the selected type) |
| Sold Amount | Total sold amount of the row's won projects |
| Make Up % | This row's share of the sold amounts in the table. The rows always add up to 100% |
| Margin Avg % | The average margin of the row's won projects. Projects with no margin entered are left out of the average |
| Margin Total | Sold Amount × Margin Avg % |
Click any column heading to sort by it. The report opens sorted by name.
Total Row
The Total row counts each project once. In the Primary + Secondary types a project can appear in two rows, so the Total Sold Amount can be lower than the sum of the rows above it. The Total Margin Avg % is the average margin over the same projects as the Total Sold Amount.

More projects load as you scroll. Click a column heading to sort the whole list. Export CSV in the dialog downloads every project behind the row, not only the ones loaded so far.
