Available Filters

The Division, Function, and Work Type filters appear only for companies that classify their divisions (using more than one function or work type). See Divisions for how these classifications are configured.
The three filters are combined: a project is included only when it matches every filter at once. For example, selecting the Handyman (Internal) and Design Build (Operational) divisions together with the Internal function shows Handyman only — it is the sole division that satisfies both.
Leaving a filter blank places no restriction on that dimension, so it reads as "All". Selecting Internal for Function with Division and Work Type blank gives the entire Internal compartment.

The closing ratio deliberately excludes agreements that are still open or deferred. Counting unresolved agreements as losses would understate the ratio while they are still live.
Cycle Time (Won Projects)
Six measures, each shown as an average, a median, and a project count. All cover won projects only.

Average and median are both shown because they answer different questions. The average tells you total elapsed effort across the period; the median tells you what a typical project looked like. A large gap between them means the range is skewed by a handful of outliers.
Note that these cycles are scoped by different dates — some by design fee date, some by deposit agreement date — so their project counts will not always match.
Won to Project Complete Cycle Time
Days from close date to substantial completion, by division, with average, median, and project count. Covers projects that have actually reached substantial completion.
