Municipalities Report
A read-only list of all municipalities configured for your company. Use it to look up municipality details — for example, when entering a house address — without needing access to Settings.
This report is available to all users. No special permission is required to view it. Adding or editing municipalities is still done in Settings > Municipalities and requires the Manage Municipalities permission.
Accessing the Report
Reports > General > Municipalities
Report Columns
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Municipality name |
| State | State or province |
| Type | Municipality type (e.g. City, Township) |
| Admin Notes | Internal notes recorded for the municipality |
| Status | Whether the municipality is Active or Inactive |
Both active and inactive municipalities are listed so you can see the full configured set.
Searching
Use the Search box to filter the list by name, state, type, or admin notes. The list updates as you type.
Sorting
Click any column header to sort the report by that column. Click again to reverse the sort direction. The report defaults to sorting by Name.
Exporting
Click Export CSV to download the current list as a CSV file. The export respects your search, so only the municipalities currently displayed are included.
