Tracking Signatures

Monitor signature status in real-time to know when contracts are ready.

Viewing Status

Open the contract to see signature progress:

• Waiting - Email sent, signature pending
• Signed - Signature completed with timestamp
• All signatures displayed in order received

Following Up

For pending signatures:

1. Check status in the contract header
2. Contact signee directly if time-sensitive
3. Resend link using the "Resend" button if the email was lost

Tip: Most customers sign within 24 hours if the email is delivered successfully. After 48 hours with no response, a follow-up call is recommended.
