Notification Settings
Configure which email notifications you receive from Readybuild.
Overview
Readybuild sends email notifications when important events occur, such as when a contract is signed, a project is assigned to you, or a payment is received. You control which notifications you receive.
Accessing Your Notification Settings
- Click on your user avatar in the top-right corner of the screen
- Select Notification Settings from the dropdown menu
- The notification settings panel opens
Available Notifications
Notifications are organized by category. Enable or disable each notification by checking or unchecking the box next to it.
Project Notifications
| Notification | Description |

| Project Created | When a new project is created |
| Project Stage Changed | When a project moves to a different stage |
| Project Assigned | When you are assigned to a project |
| Project Won | When a project is marked as won |
| Project Lost | When a project is marked as lost |
Contract Notifications

| Contract Signed | When a customer signs a contract |
| Contract Sent | When a contract is sent to a customer |
| Contract Viewed | When a customer views a contract |
Financial Notifications
| Notification | Description |

| Payment Received | When a payment is recorded |
| Invoice Created | When a new invoice is generated |
| Invoice Overdue | When an invoice becomes overdue |
Activity Notifications

| Activity Assigned | When an activity is assigned to you |
| Activity Reminder | Reminder before scheduled activities |
| Activity Completed | When an assigned activity is completed |
Purchase Order Notifications
| Notification | Description |

| PO Approved | When a purchase order is approved |
| PO Received | When items from a PO are marked as received |
Daily Log Notifications
| Notification | Description |

| Daily Log Submitted | When a daily log is submitted for your project |
Enabling Notifications
- Navigate to your notification settings
- Find the notification category you want to configure
- Check the box next to each notification you want to receive
- Changes are saved automatically
Disabling Notifications
- Navigate to your notification settings
- Uncheck the box next to any notification you no longer want to receive
- Changes are saved automatically

For Sales Team Members
Consider enabling:
- Project Created
- Project Stage Changed
- Contract Signed
- Contract Viewed
- Payment Received
For Project Managers
Consider enabling:
- Project Assigned
- Daily Log Submitted
- PO Approved
- Activity Assigned
For Designers
Consider enabling:
- Project Assigned
- Activity Assigned
- Activity Reminder
For Field Staff
Consider enabling:

Troubleshooting
Not Receiving Notifications
If you're not receiving expected notifications:
- Check your notification settings - Ensure the notification is enabled
- Check your email spam folder - Notifications may be filtered
- Verify your email address - Ensure your profile has the correct email
- Contact your administrator - They can verify your account settings
Receiving Too Many Notifications
If you're overwhelmed with notifications:
- Review your enabled notifications and disable those you don't need
- Consider which notifications are critical vs. nice-to-have
- Work with your team to determine who should receive which notifications
