Account Settings
Manage your personal profile, security, navigation preferences, and calendar settings from the Account page. These settings apply only to your user account and do not affect other team members.
Accessing Your Account
Click your profile avatar (or initials) in the top-right corner of any page and select Account Settings.
Personal Information
Update your name, email, phone number, and other profile details. Changes save when you submit the form.
Change Password
Click Change Password to update your login credentials. This section is not available if your company uses Microsoft 365 Single Sign-On (SSO).
Navigation Menu Customization
Click Customize Menu to enable, disable, or reorder items in your navigation sidebar. Your customizations are saved to your account and apply across all devices.
Calendar Settings
This section appears when your company has a calendar integration (Microsoft 365 or Google Calendar) enabled.
Import All Calendar Events as Private
Turn on the Import all calendar events as private toggle to hide the title and location of every imported calendar event from other Readybuild users. When enabled:
- All events from your connected calendar display as "Private" in Readybuild
- Event titles and locations are hidden from other users
- The setting takes effect on the next sync cycle and retroactively applies to previously imported events
- Only your events are affected — other users' calendar imports are unchanged
When the toggle is off (default), only events you've marked as private or confidential in Outlook or Google Calendar are hidden.
This is useful if you have personal appointments on your work calendar that you don't want visible to colleagues in Readybuild's scheduling view.
Two-Factor Authentication
Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of security. This section is available when your company has enabled the 2FA policy and you are not using SSO.
- Click Enable
- Confirm your password
- Enter your phone number and verify it
- Enter the verification code sent to your phone
- 2FA is now active for your account
If you need to change your 2FA device, click Change Device and contact your administrator to start the device recovery process.
