Project Boards

Configure pipeline stages for your sales, design, and production boards.

Overview​

Project Boards settings allow you to customize the stages that projects move through from initial lead to project completion. Each board type has its own set of stages that can be customized to match your workflow.

Board Types​

Readybuild includes three main board types, each with configurable stages:

Sales Board​

Track opportunities from lead to sold. Configure stages in Sale Stages.

Design Board​

Manage projects through the design process. Configure stages in Design Stages.

Production Board​

Track active projects through construction. Configure stages in Production Stages.

Stage Configuration​

Each stage type shares common configuration options:

  • Stage name and order
  • Color coding
  • Probability percentages (for sales)
  • Automation triggers
