Promotions

Manage promotional offers and discounts.

Overview​

Promotions allow you to create and track special offers, discounts, and promotional pricing. These can be applied to estimates and tracked for reporting purposes.

Accessing This Setting​

  1. Go to Settings > Marketing > Promotions

Configuration Options​

Creating Promotions​

  • Promotion Name - Name of the promotion
  • Code - Promotional code (if applicable)
  • Description - Details about the offer
  • Start Date - When the promotion begins
  • End Date - When the promotion expires
  • Discount Type - Percentage or fixed amount
  • Discount Value - Amount of discount
  • Conditions - Requirements to qualify
  • Active Status - Enable or disable promotions

  • Percentage discount
  • Fixed dollar amount
  • Free upgrade
  • Financing special
  • Seasonal offer

Usage Limits​

  • Maximum uses total
  • Maximum uses per customer
  • Minimum purchase amount
  • Applicable project types

Using Promotions​

Promotions can be:

  • Applied to estimates
  • Tracked in sales reports
  • Tied to specific campaigns
  • Displayed on proposals
