The Manual Commission page lets you create a one-off commission payment outside the standard Pay Commissions workflow, or edit an existing payment that was entered manually.

This page is accessed by clicking a payment record in the Paid Commissions report.


Fields

Commission Parameters

FieldDescription
UserThe team member receiving the commission. Required.
Commission RuleThe rule the payment is recorded under. Only non-hidden rules are shown. Required.
ProjectThe project the commission relates to. Search by name or ID. Required.
Commission DateThe date to record for this payment. Required.

Payment Amount

FieldDescription
Payment AmountThe dollar amount to pay. Required.

Additional Notes

FieldDescription
NoteOptional free-text note attached to this payment record.

Saving

Click Submit to save the payment. For new entries, you are redirected to the saved record. For edits, you are returned to the Paid Commissions report.

Click Cancel to discard changes and return to the Paid Commissions report.

A prompt appears if you attempt to navigate away with unsaved changes.
