Commission Rules
Commissions > Rules
The Commission Rules list shows all rules configured for your company. Each rule defines who earns a commission, which projects qualify, and how the payment is calculated.
The Rules Table
| Column | Description |

| Name | The rule name. Click to open the rule for editing. |
| Actions | Copy and hide/show buttons for the rule. |
The header bar shows counts of Active Rules and Hidden Rules. Toggle Show Hidden to include hidden rules in the table.
Adding a Rule
Click Add Rule to open a blank Commission Rule Detail form.
Duplicating a Rule
Click the copy icon in the Actions column to duplicate a rule. A copy is created with the name {Original Name} - Copy, including all criteria and payment rules. The original rule must not be hidden to duplicate it.
Hiding and Showing a Rule
Click the visibility icon to toggle a rule's hidden state:
- Visible (eye icon) — rule appears in the Pay Commissions list and is available for payment processing
- Hidden (eye-off icon) — rule is removed from the Pay Commissions list; existing payment history is preserved
